ESD ONG acts as the data controller for data submitted through the contact form. This data is used to answer partnership, support, information and meeting requests.
The data that may be collected includes first name, last name, email address, phone number, organisation, subject and message. This data is used only to follow up on your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The hosting provider STRATO may process strictly necessary technical data to ensure service continuity and security.
Information submitted through the form is kept only for the time needed to process the request and, unless a legal obligation or legitimate administrative need applies, is deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the last useful exchange. Minimal technical data may also be logged temporarily for security reasons, including the prevention of abusive submissions.
The website is operated for an organisation located in Benin, while the hosting infrastructure is located in Germany. Data submitted through the form may therefore be stored on infrastructure located in Germany and accessed by the authorised ESD team for follow-up.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@esd-ong.org.
